Took my vehicle in for service. 15,000 mile. Vehicle was completed in time promised. Had the cabin filter replaced but left the supporting cover off. It was let on the dashboard. Th 15,000 mile. Where do I start? I purchased my vehicle in January and there were some damages to the grille and door molding which the dealer provided a Due Bill on to correct the I purchased my vehicle in January and there were some damages to the grille and door molding which the dealer provided a Due Bill on to correct the issue. It took 3 months and several phone calls for someone to call me back to address the issues. I also noticed a rattling noise coming from the grille. When the service department finally replaced the grille and door molding and supposedly fixed the rattling noise, I took possession of my vehicle and sure enough the rattling noise is still there, the incorrect color grille was installed, and the service department damaged my dashboard in the process of trying to fix the rattling noise. Now I have to take my vehicle back to the dealer for more work. This was supposed to be a brand new vehicle I purchased in January and I'm having all these issues. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealer again until they make things right. More

He provided a clear estimate of the costs and time required for the service and kept me informed about the status of my car throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. When I picked up my Bolt EV, it was running perfectly. The service was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. The technician provided a detailed explanation of the work done on the receipt. Overall, my experience with Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia's service department was outstanding.They are a great Choice for anyone needing car service.
