Advertised false price, tired to add $4k once we arrived. Spent 8-10 hours before settling on advertised price. We were promised 2 keys then lied to and ignored fo1.5 months. Finally promised 2nd key only to have my wife drive 1.5 hours to pick up key and have 1st free oil change done. 5 hours of being told Sierra can't find paperwork before key FINALLY handed over. My father raced Covettes with factory sponsorship in the 50's & 60's and I have been a GM guy my whole life. Terrible customer experience. More
