After paying 200 to diagnose my car I was told that they could not figure out the problem,(they also sold me on two additional service) but if I paid an additional 1000 they would take the engine apart to t could not figure out the problem,(they also sold me on two additional service) but if I paid an additional 1000 they would take the engine apart to try and figure it out. My car runs fine it just will not pass smog inspection. I dropped the car off on Wednesday July 3, because of the long weekend they would not see my car until Monday. Monday morning I called and left a message, asked them to cancel the additional services. I received a call and was told the services were already performed. (Why would you perform services on a car that you cant figure how to fix). Basically I paid closed to 800 and back to square one. When I take my cars to a dealer for service, even an oil change, they return the car washed. They are having construction at the site. My cars was covered in dirt when given to me. More

Took my vehicle in for service. 15,000 mile. Vehicle was completed in time promised. Had the cabin filter replaced but left the supporting cover off. It was let on the dashboard. Th 15,000 mile.
