I’m very unsatisfied. Your sales team is very unprofessional and organized. They don’t return phone calls when they say they will. They had me take my car in for a smog inspection that it didn’t need and made me waste my time. And the manager in charge has still not called me back. The dealership is under construction, I was texted to enter through the Subaru dealership and follow the signs. I followed the directions, I got to where the service advisors were working, There was a v enter through the Subaru dealership and follow the signs. I followed the directions, I got to where the service advisors were working, There was a vehicle in front, but no one inside the vehicle, and there were signs that stated "Stay inside vehicles, someone will be with you shortly" and after 15 mins of waiting I called the dealership to let them know I was outside waiting, after another 5 mins a service advisor came and got me checked in, I was there for an oil change which I made an appointment for, after about a 1 hour and a half, I saw my vehicle come out and parked, and the technician took the paperwork to the desk where the service advisor had checked me in, I hadn't seen the service advisor since he checked me in, so I figured he was on lunch, after waiting 20 mins I went to another service advisor to let them know my vehicle is ready and I've been waiting for service advisor, the advisor told me that the service advisor who checked me in, went home for the day. So I wasn't informed that someone else would need to close me out and had I not been paying attention or being too nice I would have been there to close of business once they realized that the vehicle needed to be paid. So the advisor closed me out and once I got to the vehicle there was motor oil oily hands on the door, and the hood of the vehicle. I was beyond pissed at that point. Had the service advisor not been so nice and empathetic to what had happened I would have made a big scene about everything I went through in those few hours. I will never take my vehicle back to Sierra Chevrolet. I honestly feel thats the worst service I have received on two occasions back to back is because of the color of my skin. I see nothing but positive reviews everywhere else but I don't get that so I feel service is discriminated against because I'm Black More

Lady at front desk for car services is rude. Went to pick up my car because the mechanic said I could and she was giving attitude for no reason saying it wasn’t on file. Then I went back a week later and was there to talk to the mechanic and was told he would arrive in about 15 minutes. I waited for an hr and over heard the employees talking about how he isn’t coming into work today. No one informed me or anything but they all knew I was waiting for him. I then requested my car and it took more than an hr for me to get it back. I wanted to file a complaint but the manager wasn’t at his office. Definitely not coming back here again More
