Marvin is the best dealership service writer I have ever have experienced! He is knowledgeable and concerned with your happiness with your vehicle! He follows up and ensures that all is good and solved. O have experienced! He is knowledgeable and concerned with your happiness with your vehicle! He follows up and ensures that all is good and solved. On a personal level Marvin goes the extra mile to connect with you to make the experience rewarding. I enjoy talking with him about my vehicle and also weekend plans. I could go to a closer dealership for my service needs, that is not currently under construction (as Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia is), but for all that Marvin and this dealership provides, it is worth the drive on the crowded freeways of Southern California! You better keep Marvin around, and I can't wait to see the end result of the dealership after the construction is done. Thanks and I only wish I could get the same experience with my other vehicles! Problem not resolved, had several conversations regarding what we expected was wrong, were told "no" that's not the problem. Got vehicle back and immediately had issues.
