Sam Alfi Was my salesman. He showed me two vehicles. I took the second. We had to negotiate just a little bit. But agreed somewhere in the middle. He was very pleasant. H He showed me two vehicles. He offered additional tips and assistance about the computer dashboard. ( I don’t know what to call it) But did that after everything was signed and sealed. AND fillled the gas tank ! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Joe, a friendly and knowledgeable staff m and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Joe, a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Joe informed me of all the options for my service and even let me know about a rideshare program they have where someone could pick me up and drop me off while I was waiting for my car. The service went much faster than I had expected and I’m happy to say I’m back out driving my car. At the end of the day, you can get your oil changes and tire rotations anywhere. There are endless options. What makes the difference for me is the way I’m treated by a company and its employees. For a lot of us, $100 can be a lot of hard-earned money to dish out. I want to feel like a human. I want to feel like my car matters, cause it’s all I got!
