It was so sad that my car had a flat tire in the evening. There was no auto shop open at that time. And I had to tow my car to the dealership. I was worried about the price of changing a tire. But Jeremy was There was no auto shop open at that time. And I had to tow my car to the dealership. I was worried about the price of changing a tire. But Jeremy was so nice and efficient that he texted me about the price first before he change my tire. And picked up the new tire immediately after I agree with the price. He was really efficient, and I was able to pick up my car around 1pm the second day after the flat tire accident. In additional, he was kind enough to explain me the reason and possible situation that the car had that flat tire. I really appreciate his professional help, and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! More
