The process was pretty easy, but there were certain things that were not appreciated. #1, we had a trade-in and it wasn't asked about and although I understand that Sierra doesn't want the trade-in, it things that were not appreciated. #1, we had a trade-in and it wasn't asked about and although I understand that Sierra doesn't want the trade-in, it feels like we're being "pushed off" even when the rep offered that the dealership could by our cube-van. #2, I was very disappointed to find that there is no extended warranty available for this vehicle.
