The staff there are unethical, have poor customer service and are hostile. Be aware, as they will tell you what you want to hear at the beginning so that they can hook you in. Came in for warranty service for drive shaft and was told it was going to be up to 3 days before they could get to it because they are busy. Oil life gauge was at 13% after oil change as tech forgot to reset it was going to be up to 3 days before they could get to it because they are busy. Oil life gauge was at 13% after oil change as tech forgot to reset. I had to reset the oil life gauge myself to 100% as this was not done by the tech. More
