The dealership experience was average, nothing special about it. Most of the negotiation was done over the phone for me. I hoped going through Costco Auto program would remove the hassle of back and forth about it. Most of the negotiation was done over the phone for me. I hoped going through Costco Auto program would remove the hassle of back and forth over pricing and get me the predetermined pricing, but didn't get that experience. The dealership did not mention that they don't work with Costco until after I asked about getting 50% about the accessories that Costco Program would allow. I am really bummed out about, but the staff was cordial and Nick was very helpful and showed willingness to work. The paperwork signing was a breeze with the digital board. Some staff seemed to lack experience. They lost the $10.5K check I gave as a deposit and am having to cancel the check and resend the check to the lot. Limited space at the lot due to construction gives a feeling of a car rental at an airport. All in all, this experience could have been a lot better, but am happy with my Chevy Traverse Z71. More
