Hola buenas tardes me nombre es Juan Reyes y referente que me dieron un carro al cridito eh tenido varios Inconvenientes por el carro trai varios ruido y ami el vendedor me dijo que el carro estaba bueno que me dieron un carro al cridito eh tenido varios Inconvenientes por el carro trai varios ruido y ami el vendedor me dijo que el carro estaba bueno y aparte no me dijo que tenía 30 días de garantía y el problema de la punta de flecha no me lo an reparado por espereraron que pasara los 30 día para después cobrarme ami la reparación cuando el carro venía defectuoso y ahora se volean por fue donde el vendedor el vendedor me manda para que lo rebicen asta tube que llevar al mecánico de ellos de la honda para que escuchara el ruido Hera dos ruido y solo compusieron uno y ahora me dise que yo tengo que pagar la reparación cuando ellos me lo dieron así que sean más responsable con los cliente por el cliente tiene su derecho y eso yo ya lo había reportado y asta me estuvieron hay todo el día en la honda Civi de la camelback eso no es justo se supone que el carro ya lo habían chekeado y yo al día siguiente le dije que el carro tenía varios sonido 😔 More

I should have known something was fishy when they were in such a hurry to get rid of the vehicle. I know there are risks when buying a used vehicle, and mine a 2015 Kia Soul is no exception. However, after t such a hurry to get rid of the vehicle. I know there are risks when buying a used vehicle, and mine a 2015 Kia Soul is no exception. However, after two months of owning the vehicle it went into severe engine failure, burning oil and if they had done any sort of inspection on it they would’ve known and should have disclosed that information when it was being purchased. Not only did it have severe engine failure but when a mechanic looked at it brakes were just about bare, spark plugs needed replaced, and the tires were bare and misaligned. This car was a ticking time bomb and when I sent it back to the mechanics there they said there was no way they could have known what would happen after two months which is just ridiculous. I called the sales manager but went to voicemail and never received a call back. Luckily Kia had this engine under recall and the engine block was replaced but I was left with a $3000 repair bill and $400 in Ubers to get me to and from work for the 3 weeks they had my car. I was not offered a loaner or reimbursement by the dealer who sold it to me because they claimed it was not their responsibility. I was kept out of the loop while my vehicle was there being serviced the whole situation was more headache than the 10000 car was worth. More

Not sure what William was doing but I confirmed my appointment with him and that came off a little rude, and made me feel like I wasn’t important enough for him. William could have come out to ask me directly. I would have respected that. More
