Nos preocupa sinceramente que hayas recibido el vehículo con ruidos mecánicos no resueltos y sin la información clara sobre la garantía de 30 días. También tomamos muy en serio tu comentario sobre la reparación pendiente de la punta de flecha, especialmente si ya habías reportado el problema desde el inicio. El hecho de que hayas tenido que regresar varias veces y llevar incluso al mecánico de la agencia para validar el ruido, solo para recibir una respuesta poco favorable, no representa el nivel de servicio que buscamos ofrecer.
