This is a quiet, clean dealership with professional, knowledgeable people to help customers. I was there to have my car serviced. I was only there for an hour and had 2 visits with my service rep. I just moved recently from another city and I'll admit that that I was spoiled by the Hyundai dealership there. So I apologize, my expectations were a bit lower for Shottenkirk Hyundai walking in. There had been a scheduling issue that was easily resolved and very little inconvenience on my part but they took it seriously and went above and beyond to make it right. This is my second Hyundai and second Hyundai dealership to work with. I've been very impressed all the way around!
