Highlights: - unorganized salesman - SUPER long experience despite pre-sending info - multiple hard pulls on credit - received the car without gas We drove 2.5 hours to visit this Honda dealer experience despite pre-sending info - multiple hard pulls on credit - received the car without gas We drove 2.5 hours to visit this Honda dealership because they were getting the car we wanted in. We put a deposit down and sent all of our information over the phone to so we could expedite the process when we arrived since we were traveling with a newborn. A few days later we made the drive to the dealership to find they hadn’t done anything with the info they *made* us send over text despite the deposit and appointment made for 2 days later. We were once again told this is so we can expedite the process when we got there. We arrived and the salesman had mixed us up with multiple other clients of his. Constantly getting incorrect numbers for down payments, trade in, & personal info but instead of asking to confirm the info (again) we spent over 7 hours bc on this deal *with a newborn* going back and forth with numbers and correcting the info we had already sent on this deal so we didn’t have to do this. Not only that they did MULTIPLE hard pills on our credit the same night. They do not offer KBB or car max matching $ on trade ins either. The actual finance guy did take a while to get us back but he was nice even though the salesman was super rude to him. After all said and done we received the vehicle we wanted but had to *fill it up with gas* shortly after leaving so we could make it the 2.5 hour drive home after spending all that time there… I’ve always bought Hondas and used multiple dealers. This was the hands down worst Honda buying experience I have had and it had nothing to do with a newborn! More
