Service appointment was made one week ahead of time for waiting while being serviced. When I arrived the service technician inside said they would not have it ready until the end of day . I asked why whe waiting while being serviced. When I arrived the service technician inside said they would not have it ready until the end of day . I asked why when I had specifically requested waiting for service one week previously. He said that is the way it is. He asked another service technician to help me. She said yes of course you can wait and it will take approximately 2 hours. Service took place in 2 hour time frame. Paid for service- no problem. More

I was pressured into signing paperwork stating that the vehicle was in good condition, without being able to see the vehicle. Upon delivery to me, the new car had hard stains on several areas, including al vehicle was in good condition, without being able to see the vehicle. My issue is yet to be resolved and I've had to drive a significant distant to ask that this be taken care of. When the sun is rising and setting, it is very difficult to see through the glass. More
