From my advisor, to the shop Forman and technician who worked in my car, they provided excellent, genuine customer service. Allowing me to bring my cat inside while I waited, and got me back in the road safely in less than 30 minutes. Thank you gentleman. It always warms my heart when a Honda Service department shows such excellence. More

Shottenkirk HONDA Excellent Experience I was on my way out of town when my oil change light came on stating I had 15 0/0 oil life left so I didn’t want to risk it going to New Jersey and ba I was on my way out of town when my oil change light came on stating I had 15 0/0 oil life left so I didn’t want to risk it going to New Jersey and back. I googled it on my phone got off at the exit and went straight to Shottenkirk HONDA.I am impressed with Shottenkirk HONDA a young man by the name of Spencer greeted me as I was getting out of my vehicle. Spencer was very nice and personable.. The oil change was performed and I had a filter that was dirty replaced and I was on my way in less than an hour. I’ve been taken my 2014 Honda Accord to Ed Voyles ever since I relocated to Georgia in 2015.Sorry Ed Voyles I won’t be coming back prices are cheaper at Shottenkirk and they don’t keep you car hostage for hours.
