Oil change The window shade clip was broken , so I called and ordered a new one to replace at the time of the oil change. It was a sun visor clip that came inste The window shade clip was broken , so I called and ordered a new one to replace at the time of the oil change. It was a sun visor clip that came instead of shade clip. So the next day the right clip was ordered and installed for me . Three cheers to the service dept. The whole staff is very friendly and aim to please. !! More

"Express" Oil Change This was anything but an "Express" oil change. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, when in fact I arrived at 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment, and This was anything but an "Express" oil change. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, when in fact I arrived at 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment, and I left at 1:15. I received an excuse that the service advisor was at lunch. My question would be why was the 12:00 time offered for my appointment. I received only the oil change, which is what I requested, so that part was OK. No one tried to add extra services that I didn't require. More
