Big Improvements over the past year We purchased our 2019 Pilot basically a year ago, during that time we have had continuous problems with the Info-System (basically a known problem) an We purchased our 2019 Pilot basically a year ago, during that time we have had continuous problems with the Info-System (basically a known problem) and therefore have visited the dealership many times. Honda believes they have finally fixed the problems, we are hoping. I have to say that we have seen continued improvements in the service department over the last year. In my opinion they have gone from Fair to very close to Excellent. The biggest improvement they could make at this time would be better customer communications on status and expectations. Everyone we have worked with is very friendly and working hard to get our issues resolved, didn't seem to be as much the case 9+ months ago. More
