This was my first time at the location for an oil change service. The staff was friendly. Angie was very helpful and she explained everything that was done and recommendations on few things that will need service. The staff was friendly. I had to come back the next day and Emily and a service mechanic was very helpful in finding out why my car was making a noise. I will return for my next oil change. Thank you. More

First off, I would like thank Tori Brady for her fast and excellent customer service skills. After waiting for almost 30 minutes with no help she was so kind and took care of us within 5 minutes. Other than excellent customer service skills. After waiting for almost 30 minutes with no help she was so kind and took care of us within 5 minutes. Other than that, customer service was short and rushed. I sat there for 25 minutes with no help and they took 4 hours longer than what they told me with no warning. I tried calling multiple times and no one could help me. When I finally was able to reach someone they told me to cole back tomorrow they were closed. I needed my car for work in the morning and they weren’t even trying to help me. Finally I found a nice gentleman who helped get my car. More
I made an appointment thinking, I actually had one. It took almost three hours to get an oil change. Th time frame for which I was there is beyond unacceptable. Safety Recall Visit After receiving a safety recall notice for my new 2019 Odyssey, I contacted Shottenkrk Honda's service department and got an appointment for 2 days la After receiving a safety recall notice for my new 2019 Odyssey, I contacted Shottenkrk Honda's service department and got an appointment for 2 days later. I arrived at appointed time and was met by Ms. Brady who settled me into the waiting area and told me the card should be done in about 90 minutes. The waiting area is nice with TVs, complementary coffee, water, and popcorn. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Car was ready on-time. No problems. This was my second visit to the Shottenkirk Service Department and I am very pleased with it. More
Long Wait Times and No Explanations I had a minor issue with my 2018 Honda Accord last April, and it was repaired at the dealer. The same issue occurred again just 9 months later and I h I had a minor issue with my 2018 Honda Accord last April, and it was repaired at the dealer. The same issue occurred again just 9 months later and I had to go back. This required 2 different visits, both of which I was told wouldn't take long, but I waited for over 2 hours each. The second time, I had to ask someone if they knew when my car would be done, and it turns out it was finished but they lost my key and information and I had to help them find my key. I also asked why the same issue is reoccurring on a new vehicle and they couldn't give me an answer. More
