Very satisfactory I switched over to Shottenkirk Honda in Cartersville due to easy of location from me and a little disappointment with the dealer I had been going to. They have been exceptionally good in all facets of service maintenance - timely, fair, and thoroughly knowledgeable. Normally, I have managed to seem Emily Lewis, however, this time I had a couple of the guys. They were all good. They don't try and sell you things you don't need, but tell you what should be done with no pressure. They understand customers and their needs. Will continue to use them for service and if I would buy another Honda. Thanks. Terry More

We come from the Rockdale County area to have our services done because of this specifically. There are at least 7 Honda service departments within 20 miles of us and the consistency in personnel, workmanship and customer service do not compare to what we receive driving over an hour to have our vehicle serviced. Service was great. TJ was awesome! Not dropping us at Bounce-Beans because you can’t drive my car is illogical. Bounce-n-Beans is less than 1 mile away. No pleased with service I dropped my car off at 9:15 and was told I could come back at noon to pick it up and it wasn't ready when I got dropped off at 1Pm. It was ready at 2 I dropped my car off at 9:15 and was told I could come back at noon to pick it up and it wasn't ready when I got dropped off at 1Pm. It was ready at 2:00. No one ever called to communicate this with me. Very dissappointed More
