Great service. Tori got us a loaner car, called us when the issue was duplicated and diagnosed, gave us the date work would be completed, and indeed, it was completed on time. I came in due to my low tire indicator being on. After the technician put the Nitogen in my tires he told me I would have to drive the vehicle for the indicator light to go off. I told him no, in the past the technician put the Nitogen in my tires he told me I would have to drive the vehicle for the indicator light to go off. I told him no, in the past once the tires had the correct pressure the light will go off. The gentleman called a technician to come look and once again I explained the light will go off once the correct tire pressure is achieved. Both were frustrated with me because I was being persistent about the indicator light. I explained I travel on the interstate for work and do not want to have a flat tire while traveling. They finally decided to put the vehicle on the lift to check the tires again. I ended up having to have my tire patched. I know my vehicle! After I got back into my vehicle my seat had been lifted all the way up, my mirrors had been adjusted. I also notice grade on my head liner. The grease was unacceptable. I spoke with Angie and she stated the dealership would clean the headliner at my convenience. I have spoke with the service manager & she stated they would clean the head liner & speak with the technicians. I have brought my vehicle into the dealership for the low tires previously each time it was in the morning, the morning crew is very professional, they checked my tires for a leak when they couldn’t get the indicator light off without me asking or even insisting. They located a hole that needed to be patched. If I need to bring my vehicle back in again, it will only be done in the morning due to the way I was treated by the evening crew. They were not professional and I should not have to insist and persistent to have them to do their jobs properly. More

Great service by the staff at Shottenkirk. However, I was not happy with Essy(sp?) the woman who called me to ask about my service.
