Had a flat spent 2 hours for them to tell me they didnt have a tire and had to order it. Came in on Monday. Had to wait 3 days to let me know warranty was only 1 year was not upfront about warranty also wa have a tire and had to order it. Came in on Monday. Had to wait 3 days to let me know warranty was only 1 year was not upfront about warranty also was charged$3.60 miscellaneous fee beside the labor fee. Been a customer long time and was not happy with this visit. Miscellaneous fee is a joke snock it in my final bill.was never told me about it. I called spoke with Eric said it was a shop fee. So sad with that visit at Honda. More
