Awesome Experience! We were having issues with our car and Shottenkirk got us in immediately. There were questions about potential warranties that might be applicable which had been extended by Honda USA and the service center researched and assisted in the process. I highly recommend this service center and plan to take my car back there now with any other issues. More

Mike and Robert were very thorough and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The only negative I have about this visit is that Tori in service was cussing around my 3 year old child. I feel that lang appreciated as a customer. The only negative I have about this visit is that Tori in service was cussing around my 3 year old child. I feel that language used at work in a professional environment and around customers needs to be more professional that what she personally displayed. There is no reason to have to use profanity in or around the work place especially in the presence of customers. More
