It was oil change time and when I called we were told to come on in. Upon arrival several vehicles were ahead of us in line. Our advisor, Emily, met us at our pilot and took our information. Interestingly, while getting my 2017 CR-V serviced, I checked in with Sr. Sales Rep Bob Corley, with whom we have dealt with in previous purchases, and we ended up doing a trade into a 2020 CR-V right there. Highly successful, as the 2017 model was in great shape, always being serviced by Shottenkirk techs. I could not be happier all around! More
