Inefficient Scheduled Maintenance I called and scheduled a specific recommended service for my car on a Thursday for the following Tuesday. I dropped my vehicle off at the pre-arranged I called and scheduled a specific recommended service for my car on a Thursday for the following Tuesday. I dropped my vehicle off at the pre-arranged time of 7:15 am. At 11:00 am I was informed that the parts needed for the scheduled maintenance would need to be ordered despite the fact that I had called and scheduled this service the week prior to avoid this sort of delay. I will now waste two off days trying to get preventative maintenance done that should have been able to be completed in one visit had the center prepared appropriately for the SCHEDULED appointment. At 11 am I was told my car was not ready but that they would let me know when the work they could do was complete. At 3:30 pm I had still heard nothing more regarding my car. I called and was informed that it was ready and I could get it at any time. The service center had my car for 8 hours despite the fact that they were unable to complete all of the recommended maintenance that I had specifically requested in advance. I feel that in addition to not preparing appropriately for the SCHEDULED appointment they simply forgot about my vehicle which resulted in a large amount of my time wasted. On a positive note every staff member was friendly and pleasant when I did speak with them. I have used this location for 4 years and this is only the second issue I have had with the service here. I would certainly not characterize my quite negative experience as typical of the service that I usually receive. More

Just an oil Change I drive up to this dealership because usually my service there is pretty good. I walked in on Thursday 6-18-20 for my 730am appointment for just an oi I drive up to this dealership because usually my service there is pretty good. I walked in on Thursday 6-18-20 for my 730am appointment for just an oil change and didn't leave until 9:40am. I had to ask a service advisor for an update after an hour and a half. It should never take this long for an oil change and I was not the only one who had been waiting that long. Also, during this time of COVID-19 I made an early appointment to avoid too many people and to my surprise when I got there that the service advisors were not wearing any sort of face masks. I struggle to understand how employees that come face to face for customer service are not wearing face masks. I likely will not drive back up there for service because I don't have 2 hours to wait for an oil change in which I had scheduled an appointment. More
