4 1/2 hours for a set of tires to be put on, then kept one of the good tires and gave me the bad one back. I brought my car in because of an intermittent stall I brought my car in because of an intermittent stall problem. VERY DANGEROUS. And I left with the intermittent stall problem 3 days later.
