Just an oil Change I drive up to this dealership because usually my service there is pretty good. I walked in on Thursday 6-18-20 for my 730am appointment for just an oi I drive up to this dealership because usually my service there is pretty good. I walked in on Thursday 6-18-20 for my 730am appointment for just an oil change and didn't leave until 9:40am. I had to ask a service advisor for an update after an hour and a half. It should never take this long for an oil change and I was not the only one who had been waiting that long. Also, during this time of COVID-19 I made an early appointment to avoid too many people and to my surprise when I got there that the service advisors were not wearing any sort of face masks. I struggle to understand how employees that come face to face for customer service are not wearing face masks. I likely will not drive back up there for service because I don't have 2 hours to wait for an oil change in which I had scheduled an appointment. More
Professional friendly and always very helpful and fast. I travel from South Fulton to Cartersville for their excellent service (plus I get to see my sister). Upon further review, they determined we needed a replacement of the engine harness can by rodents eating some of the wiring. The replacement part and service was rather expensive. Ms. Lewis was very helpful and supportive throughout our ordeal. She assisted us with our insurance company and was persistent with them in getting them to do their job. She provided us a car to drive for most of the repair time which was very helpful. She was always kind and helpful when I called to review where they were in getting the car fixed. She is definitely an asset to your service department. More

Service with a Smile I was there to have the 45,000 mile check up. My appointment was at 2:00 and the service person saved me some money by not doing all of the normal re I was there to have the 45,000 mile check up. My appointment was at 2:00 and the service person saved me some money by not doing all of the normal requirements. She realize that with the "virus," we had only driven 4,000 miles since our last oil change. I truly appreciated that. The service ran long, so she gave me a further discount. I left there at 4:20 feeling good about the people who work in the service area. More
