I was surprised that the person taking my car to the area where the oil and filter were to be changed was not wearing a mask. Also, although I had an appointment the service rep told me it would take an hour where the oil and filter were to be changed was not wearing a mask. Also, although I had an appointment the service rep told me it would take an hour or 1-1/2 hours to change the oil. That seemed like a long time to do that. Fortunately, it didn't take more than 30-40 minutes and I was on my way. More
