We were able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame to take care of some recalls on the Infotainment center in our Passport. Everyone we dealt went above & beyond to be helpful, courteous & time frame to take care of some recalls on the Infotainment center in our Passport. Everyone we dealt went above & beyond to be helpful, courteous & professional in their interaction with us. 3 of the 4 recalls were taken care of. The 4th recall is awaiting parts before being fixed. The SHOTTENKIRK offered us another vehicle to use if we wanted to leave our vehicle with them, while waiting for the parts to arrive. We chose to keep our vehicle & just bring it back. TheIr communication every step of the way was exceptional. Thank you SHOTTENKIRK! More

Poor customer service I purchased a 2016 Honda HRV AWD from this dealership in March, 2020 and the salesman told us that the vehicle was certified (used) and we could bring I purchased a 2016 Honda HRV AWD from this dealership in March, 2020 and the salesman told us that the vehicle was certified (used) and we could bring it back within six months of purchase to get any repairs completed for free. I noticed afterwards that the reflector on the left, rear end of the car was holding water and creating condensation, so I made an appointment to take the vehicle in to get that repaired. A service tech walked out into the service area with me to look at the damage and went to ask a manager if they would cover it. He said they would and he set up an appointment the following week. I went back to the dealership and sat in the waiting area for about 45 minutes and Eric Staton (a different service tech) came out and told me that "my husband must have told them the wrong information on which side of the rear of the vehicle's reflector needed to be replaced" because they ordered the part for the RIGHT, rear reflector. I told him that my husband has never brought the HRV there for service, I was frustrated, but I realize that mistakes happen. I came back the following week again and on the way to the dealership, a car passed me and it threw a rock up onto my front, passenger windshield and cracked it! I was furious because all I could think of is that if the service tech had ordered the CORRECT part the first time, I wouldn't have been driving back to the dealership, and that wouldn't have happened. In any other circumstance I would have never asked the dealership to repair that crack, but I felt that it was their responsibility. I sent the service manager, Tyler Bone, an email explaining the situation, I waited three days and he never replied, so I forwarded the email to one of the managers and I explained that I was concerned that the crack would "spider out" and then the whole windshield would have to be replaced. Jason Lamarre called me and said that they would get the crack taken care of, so I called and made another appointment. I went back again the following week and they fixed the crack, but as I was on my way home from the dealership, it started pouring down rain and I noticed the crack started returning! I sent another email to Mr. Lamarre because I was concerned, again, that it would "spider out", and he never replied or called me back. So, now I am still stuck with a small crack in my windshield because of a service technician's error! I will have to pay someone to fix it correctly now, or I'll have to replace the whole windshield later! I will NEVER bring this HRV to this dealership for service again. More
