My consultant was quite nice. Available for a last minute appointment. It's quite a drive for me to go there, but I find their work is better than my nearby dealership. Not very happy this time. I made an appointment for 9 am and left the car for what should have been maybe 2 to 2 1/2 hours of work for oil change, AC check out, with probable freon charge, and a seat belt l and left the car for what should have been maybe 2 to 2 1/2 hours of work for oil change, AC check out, with probable freon charge, and a seat belt light staying on. My wife and I went on to eat breakfast and walk around Cartersville. After 4 hours with no call from the dealership, we went back to check. The original service writer was gone to lunch, and the new guy helping couldn't seem to find the paperwork. After about 20 minutes of looking and trying to find out what was going on, I was finally out of there after 5 hours. Apparently the car had been ready for a couple of hours, but no one called to let me know. I am not sure I will go back. I like the original service writer, Emily Lewis, as I had used her before. So, not a happy camper for this time around. More
