Came in for a B1 service. Was told it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour at most. At one hour and 15 minutes walked to the shop window and didn't see the vehicle. One of the service advisor people told me they were working on the vehicle and it was almost ready. I then asked how that was when the vehicle wasn't even in the shop. Then talked to, I believe Emily, who looked in to it and suddenly my vehicle appeared and 2 guys jumped to work on it. Twenty minutes later it was done. My family has bought 2 new Honda's in the last 18 months here. Sales was very good. Service twice has been below par and once has been very good. It would be nice if the service advisors would keep people informed of what's going on. They greet you and you never hear anything again until it's done. It seems that the standard response is to tell customers that service will take 45 minutes to an hour and then it's up to the customer to keep track of the time and find out why the vehicle isn't ready when told it would be. If it's going to be 90 minutes then say that at the beginning. When the work is started let the customer know instead of just sitting and wondering what the xxxx is going on back there. After the advisor meets you it sure seems that they could care less about you or your vehicle. More

My option, 1st over an 1 hour is too long to have your oil changed. When I can take my husbands car and ats Days C. And its done in 15min. 2. Was in for a oil change on Saturday 12-26-2020, attendent checked me in went to customer lounge, watched technician preform service on vehicle, tech finished up service lowered car. Then it was left sitting checked me in went to customer lounge, watched technician preform service on vehicle, tech finished up service lowered car. Then it was left sitting for 30+ min.with no one letting me know that the service had been completed. I finally went to the attendant ask if something else was wrong he checked and finally sent another attendant to let me know it was ready,In short I could have been checked out 30 min. earlier had someone preformed the task and finished up like they were supposed to. Wasn't to happy with this service. More
