Nick in Service was Great to work with. Angie, kept having an attitude with me and I told her a number of times (DO NOT GET an ATTITUDE with ME) She was terrible! Waited over 2 hours to have car serviced with basic oil change. Even had an appointment. Also asked to have a paint chip reviewed to find out cost to fix. Again, was told he would follow up with auto body repairman and give me a call back. Over 3 weeks later and I have still not heard back. Good customer service when in dealership, but slow. Poor follow-up! More

Overall a good experience, worked with to many rep. Some things gots lost from person to person. The car had a major repair and when it was finished a minor repair that I had wanted fixed was not complete. things gots lost from person to person. Eric is the best service advisor! He always has everything prepared and ready to go.
