Nick in Service was Great to work with. Angie, kept having an attitude with me and I told her a number of times (DO NOT GET an ATTITUDE with ME) She was terrible! Waited over 2 hours to have car serviced with basic oil change. Even had an appointment. Also asked to have a paint chip reviewed to find out cost to fix. Auto body repairman was not there, but service adv change. Even had an appointment. Also asked to have a paint chip reviewed to find out cost to fix. Auto body repairman was not there, but service advisor (Eric) stated he would find out next day and call me back. Never heard back from him so I called back two days later. Again, was told he would follow up with auto body repairman and give me a call back. Over 3 weeks later and I have still not heard back. Good customer service when in dealership, but slow. Poor follow-up! More

Overall a good experience, worked with to many rep. Some things gots lost from person to person.
