Not my best experience here for service. No one to help when I walked in and rep didn’t check to see what maintenance my car needed as they typically do. Instead he ask me what I needed and said it would b when I walked in and rep didn’t check to see what maintenance my car needed as they typically do. Instead he ask me what I needed and said it would be about an hour wait. Didn’t even pull me up in system to verify my information. Come to find out my vehicle needed a transmission fluid change however this was never mentioned. In fact I ask when it would be due after getting my key back and was told 60k miles however on the paperwork they gave me from my visit it said I declined the 45k mile transmission services which is a lie as this was never brought to my attention. This will now require a separate visit to have completed prior to my next oil change and at 6 months pregnant this is very inconvenient. I feel as if he had checked my vehicle at the start of the service and discussed with me this could have been avoided instead of just notating I declined service. Not my idea of good customer service or having my vehicles best interest in mind. I drive 30 minutes out of the way to this dealership for service instead of one 5 minutes from where I work so this is quite disappointing. More
