I recently purchased a used Honda Accord. When I drove the car off of the lot where I purchased it the low tire pressure light was on. I took the car to Shottenkirk to have it checked and to inquire about the car off of the lot where I purchased it the low tire pressure light was on. I took the car to Shottenkirk to have it checked and to inquire about the open recall I have on the car. The service tech was very friendly. He had someone check the pressure in my tires and got my information in the system so I wouldn’t have to do that when the part(s) came in for the recall. He got me in and out in a matter of minutes. I failed to get his name, but I will remember him when I see him. I was very impressed and I’m looking forward to Shottenkirk handling all of my servicing needs. 😁 More

With my 2019 honda great service. With my older honda worse service ever. I will explain. 1) was scheduled for a valve cover gasket change because it was leaking oil. Brought in for my SCHEDULED appoi worse service ever. I will explain. 1) was scheduled for a valve cover gasket change because it was leaking oil. Brought in for my SCHEDULED appointment and they didn’t have the part in stock! 2) i also had other scheduled maintenance at this time, oil change, spark plugs, brake line flush, trans flush. I ask about timing chain replacement and was told no need unless its leaking from that area and it was not. What started out as $400 cost me over 3 times that much. When i got it back a few days later, just before Thanksgiving I checked the oil after driving home. Oil was dark black like it had not been changed. Was using about a quart every two to three weeks before service. After service a quart every week! 3) on January 5th took my 2019 honda in for service (service was great). Ask to speak with maintenance supervisor (once again he was not in, just like when all the maintenance was being done to my older honda). I spoke with another person from the front and explained my issues. I was told he would pass the information on to the maintenance supervisor and have him call me! Still no callback, no explanation as to wh6 the timing chain had to be replaced after I was told it not need to be. Very dissatisfied with the service on my older honda, no response from maintenance supervisor, and being lied to, and the part for my scheduled maintenance on the older honda not even in stock!!! More
I brought my HRV in for an oil & filter change & was told that I needed my rotors turned & new front brake pads for over $600! I guess they think that a woman doesn't know anything about cars. I told them th that I needed my rotors turned & new front brake pads for over $600! I guess they think that a woman doesn't know anything about cars. I told them that my husband can buy NEW rotors and brake pads and put them on for a quarter of that. We'll just take the rotors off, get them turned at O'Reilly's and buy new brake pads. Should save us about $450.00! The service rep was very nice, but I think I'll just take it to Toyota to get serviced in the future. They don't try to rip us off like that. More
