John Heaton was a pleasure to work with. Brought our 2008 Pilot up to date on repairs and service. Should be good for another 60,000 miles. Tyler Bone is a detriment to you company. In addition, I was told I needed a new Powersteering Rack. It was a lie. I went to other mechanics to be sure. It would have cost me $2900 if I had the work done at Shottenkirk. I trusted you. I bought the car there in 2010 and I only had you service it. Never again and when I wanted to speak with Tyler Bone about simply changing my email address and contact info, he said he was in a meeting the 3 times I tried to speak with him. The last time, he picked up the phone, hung up and then refused to answer claiming he was in a meeting again when I called back 30 seconds later after he disconnected me when the call was transferred to his office. I have little tolerance for liars. I will never bring my car back there, never purchase another Honda at your location, and I will be sure to tell everyone about my last experience with your store. Trust is everything. More
