My only complaint is the service department keeps over-inflating my tires Then after a short time...I get a low tire pressure warning and I have to return to get it checked. Took my van in to have tires checked. But I was advised my battery was weak. It was under warranty, so it was replaced quickly and efficiently. I am grateful they were attentive to my needs. I was happy with the repair, and happy with the 2 service advisors Kari and Angie. I was not happy with the amount of time it took for the repair, I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $100 that th advisors Kari and Angie. I was not happy with the amount of time it took for the repair, I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $100 that the VSC would not pay for labor. I thought when I bought the VSC, I would only have to pay the $50 deductible. I especially was not happy when I went to pick my vehicle up and the person who was there covering for Kari ( who was at lunch) did not acknowledge me being there for at least a minute, then gave me my keys, and pointed outside and told me my car was out there to the left in the parking lot. I had to walk out there and find my vehicle. Also, I am use to my car being washed when I pick it up from service. I bought my CRV here from Bob Corley, and he rolled out the red carpet, so I thought I would give the service dept a chance to fix my issues. From now on, I will drive farther, and pay more to take my car to Hendrix Honda in Newnan. They treat me like a VIP every time I service my car there, and they always deliver my car back to me washed and clean They would never make me go hunt for my car in the parking lot after it is serviced.
