The service shop did good work and they kept me in the loop on anything they found that needed my attention. I had had our Honda CRV 2003 in 2 different times for anvil leak problem. After the second Tim in, we thought it was fixed, but, it continued to leak oil on my driveway. I spoke to Ms Angel and told her anvil leak problem. After the second Tim in, we thought it was fixed, but, it continued to leak oil on my driveway. I spoke to Ms Angel and told her the situation and made arrangements to bring the car in. Thanks to Ms Angel, she saw to it that the leak was fixed. Can't be more satisfied . Greeter came to my vehicle without a face mask. I asked her to get one and she advised she could not wear one. How can a dealer subject a customer facing employee to this risk (also their customers) her to get one and she advised she could not wear one. I brought my vehicle there to figure out what was going on with my brake system. The brake system light came on after I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced at PepBoys. The red brake light flashes when I on with my brake system. The brake system light came on after I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced at PepBoys. The red brake light flashes when I drive. I explained this to Emily when I came to schedule my appointment. I explained this to her again the morning of my appointment. I also told her that my parking brake button was broken and that could be a reason why the light was on. I wanted to make sure every thing was good and safe with my brakes and I wanted the lights to be turned off, or whatever that had to be done to fix the problem. I was told I would have to pay $135 to have a diagnostic check. My car was there for 4 hours. I was told that everything was good. The brake system light was no longer on. However, after paying and preparing to leave, I noticed that the brake system light was still on. I told Emily that it was still on. She said I told her the ABS light was on. I explained to her for a third time what was going on with my car. Neither of those times did I ever mention "ABS." Ms. Emily basically called me a liar, by stating that I never explained it to her that way. I know what I explained to her, but apparently she summarized it in her own words when typing it in the notes for the mechanic. She actually tried to argue with me while sitting in my vehicle. She told me she could refund me my $135 and she then proceeded to get out of my car and slammed the door. She was very rude and unprofessional. This was my second time coming to get service there. The first visit was for an oil change. I had a similar encounter with Emily on that visit as well. I understand that there was a misunderstanding. However, I don't appreciate the way she acted. I will not be coming back to this location for that very reason. I feel Ms. Emily is a know it all and doesn't like to admit when she's wrong. More
