Shottenkirk HONDA Excellent Experience I was on my way out of town when my oil change light came on stating I had 15 0/0 oil life left so I didn’t want to risk it going to New Jersey and ba I was on my way out of town when my oil change light came on stating I had 15 0/0 oil life left so I didn’t want to risk it going to New Jersey and back. I googled it on my phone got off at the exit and went straight to Shottenkirk HONDA.I am impressed with Shottenkirk HONDA a young man by the name of Spencer greeted me as I was getting out of my vehicle. Spencer was very nice and personable.. The oil change was performed and I had a filter that was dirty replaced and I was on my way in less than an hour. I’ve been taken my 2014 Honda Accord to Ed Voyles ever since I relocated to Georgia in 2015.Sorry Ed Voyles I won’t be coming back prices are cheaper at Shottenkirk and they don’t keep you car hostage for hours. I told her the vehicle I was buying and she had it in the front when I arrived. She was very helpful in getting me setup in the car. It has a lot more features than I am use to and she was very patient in showing me. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because I was disappointed in the extra price for an extended warranty and Shottenkirk Care Package. When I went on the website I got a feeling this was included in the price. That could have been all me, but would have been nice to see a disclaimer spelling out the extra costs. All-in-all I love the car and am glad to have gotten it from a hometown dealer. More
