When we arrived, it was obvious the salesman had used the Honda incentive to lower the price to meet our offer and therefore we could not get the agreed upon finance rate (which he knew before he asked us to come). Shottenkirk needs to require integrity from their salespeople. We were able to restructure the deal (with a different salesperson) and purchased the car - the price on the car was the best we found.
