He listened to what I wanted to buy and why, did what he said he would do, represent the vehicle well and worked both sides of the transaction to close the deal. Finally, he looked the part; clean cut and well dressed with a coat and tie which was once was the standard in the business world. More

Oil change The window shade clip was broken , so I called and ordered a new one to replace at the time of the oil change. "Express" Oil Change This was anything but an "Express" oil change. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, when in fact I arrived at 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment, and This was anything but an "Express" oil change. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, when in fact I arrived at 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment, and I left at 1:15. I received an excuse that the service advisor was at lunch. My question would be why was the 12:00 time offered for my appointment. I received only the oil change, which is what I requested, so that part was OK. No one tried to add extra services that I didn't require. More
