I was very impressed with the salesman who worked with me, I give him 5 stars. He went out of his way to help me and set up my new car before I road off the lot with it. The part that I was less than happy about was the Finance department. Prior to going to Finance, I signed a paper agreeing to a price and interest rate, when I get to Finance the man I worked with increased my rate, not much but he said he could do what we originally agreed to and I have excellent credit. Then there was a lot of unnecessary describing how if I didn't buy an extended warranty package I would be warrantied only 12 months bumper to bumper, after 12 months I wouldn't have the extra's If I didn't purchase the warranty package. I bought the package but I am not happy with the $3500.00 charge I had to pay for it. Talking to others, it should have been half of that. Sorry about the Finance review, but you want the truth and this is the raw truth. Buy beware of their Finance Department. More

The rating isn’t five stars for this dealer because when I purchased my car I had them insta and the sales team was great! Friendly and professional. Part of the accessories installed were done poorly and the center console was damaged and I couldn’t pick my car up for another week because they had to order new parts for my new car before I ever even got to take delivery or drive it! The sales team kept me informed and I feel handled the situation as best they could. This was the first car I ever bought and was just hoping for that new car buying experience and I feel like I missed out on that a bit. More
