In advance of this third appointment I reached out to Richard Lewis (Managing Partner) and Tyler Bone (Service Manager) by email asking for their help resolving the problem. Not only was the problem not resolved, after Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville had my vehicle for 2 days, neither Richard or Tyler communicated back with me. After my appointment, I was advised I'd be contacted once Honda provides a repair action. It's been four business days, and no communication. Lack of repair after three attempts, no communication from dealership leaders equals No Customer Service in my view. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, after receiving great service from Honda for many prior years of Honda ownership. I look forward to Honda taking ownership and resolving this problem. I can be contacted for further details. More
