I had an appointment and arrived just before that. My service rep was assisting another customer and I understand that. I stood in the lobby for an extended period of time and no one even spoke to me unt service rep was assisting another customer and I understand that. I stood in the lobby for an extended period of time and no one even spoke to me until finally Chris came by and said hi and ask if he could help me. He was very nice and very helpful.
