Service Tech damaged our vehicle. Did not disclose damage. We discovered damage after we returned home. Dealership paid for repair. Upon picking up vehicle after repair, Service Te Did not disclose damage. We discovered damage after we returned home. Dealership paid for repair. Upon picking up vehicle after repair, Service Tech released vehicle before repair was complete. Again, no discloser. Before leaving Dealership we checked repair and found it was not complete. Had to bring it to the Service Manager’s attention. We have been a customer of this Dealership for over 15 years. Due to this situation, we will no longer be doing business with them going forward.
