Traded in a vehicle almost 2 months ago and the bank JUST got the payoff. 3 weeks later there was apparently more paperwork that had to be signed and the only reason that may have been found was due to me wo got the payoff. 3 weeks later there was apparently more paperwork that had to be signed and the only reason that may have been found was due to me wondering why payoff had not been sent. Not before I was side swiped with a credit report hit for a “missed payment” because I assumed a dealership would be able to send a payoff in less than a month and a half. Never had issues like this from any other place. Filed a dispute with the BBB and will be taking legal action to get the issue corrected. Also GOOD LUCK getting a manager or finance guy to answer a phone or call you back. More
