Jerry is a great service writer. I told him that the tires on my car were in horrible shape for only having 27000 miles on them. I told him that I almost wrecked my vehicle from hydr I told him that the tires on my car were in horrible shape for only having 27000 miles on them. I told him that I almost wrecked my vehicle from hydroplaning in a recent rainstorm. He saw on the maintenance report that it said my tires had acceptable tread left on them. He came out and looked at the tires and agreed that they were not good. He took photographs of the tires and was waiting for a manager to get back to him. I'm still waiting for an answer More

I always get a high quality service whenever I visit here. The main downside caveat is that it takes forever for an Oil Change and anything to do with the Tires. I realize good work takes time, but I've had prior mechanics in the past with high quality service and 15 minute Oil Changes or 15 Minute Tire Replacements. The main reason I keep going to Shottenkirk is because if something goes wrong with my car, then my best chance for a part acquisition is from a Ford Dealership. That and they report everything I do to CarFax Reports. More
The front line folks are great to work with and they explain everything very well and are super friendly. The only problem I have is that I have had my vehicles repaired there 4 times and 2 times after explain everything very well and are super friendly. I had a radiator hose repaired and as I drove off the lot, a plug fouled out. This visit I had an alignment and within 5 miles of leaving the lot, I had a tire pressure sensor go bad on the left front. More

Very disappointed and will drive to Atlanta before using this dealership again. I made an appointment for service on my truck, only for it to sit there for 3 days without being looked at. Dropped it off o this dealership again. I made an appointment for service on my truck, only for it to sit there for 3 days without being looked at. Dropped it off on a Monday morning for my scheduled appointment to not hear anything back until Wednesday. I was told it would be diagnosed twice for it to only sit there and not be diagnosed. I understand that things happen but to have an appointment and have my truck sit for 3 days is unacceptable. I did not leave my truck as a drop off to be looked at when they had a chance. I left it for a scheduled visit. I was told twice that the truck would be diagnosed the following day, after having to continuously contact the service department for updates I decided to pick my truck to take to another dealership after I was told on the third day that " we'll get it in tomorrow" and diagnose it. Would definitely not recommend this service department for anything. If you have to schedule an appointment then you should have the courtesy of standing by that commitment. More
