My visit involved two issues. The first was a damaged right turn signal in the pass side mirror. The mirror works fine but I discovered later that the vent and temp sensor on th The first was a damaged right turn signal in the pass side mirror. The mirror works fine but I discovered later that the vent and temp sensor on the bottom of the mirror were not in place after the signal repair. The second involved a recall and problems with the nav/touch screen locking up. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I drove to the dealership. I waited an hour because my truck was still being serviced. Was it ready or not? Upon leaving the dealership I discovered the nav system was still acting up. A day later I sent the service writer a text about the issues. Over two weeks passed before I heard anything back and his reply was somewhat sarcastic. I won't let your dealership work on my truck again. More
