The only reason i brought the car in was for a recall that we called about and the lady said yes there was a recall. I had already stopped using the dealership for service due to issues and price before. that we called about and the lady said yes there was a recall. I had already stopped using the dealership for service due to issues and price before. But I thought I would give you a second chance. Now I will not use this dealership for service any more. They did not call this time and get approval for the replacement of a filter. The service department was asked to check it and they didn't call for approval they just replaced it. I spoke with the service manager who said since we were not asked he would credit it and then changed his mind. I told Brian I would pay whatever bill was in front of me when I got there but if the cabin air filter was on the bill I would not use this dealership any more. When i came to pay the filter was still on the bill and I am a man of my word so because of approx $70.00 your dealership lost my business. We have bought 7 cars from this dealership over the years and done countless service. Pretty sad that you would loose a customer over the mistakes of two service advisors. You have my number and my email I’ll be glad to speak to anyone in management at the dealership. If you are concerned as you say you are about your reputation, Ill hear from someone there if not it will just prove my decision to leave was the right one. More
