Had nothing to do with Jerry Adams, but we brought our Lexus in and Tammy kept telling us that it was coming out when it wasn’t. An hour and a half when it was supposed to be finished by the time we got there. There was no extra work needed to be done. I guess they just got backed up but that is why we left it the night before. We went out of our way to have the vehicle there to give you plenty of time to do it And it seems that you didn’t even start doing it until after we got there. then we were told over and over oh, get a cup of coffee. It’ll just be five minutes. i’ve been in business for well over 40 years and I was always truthful with my customers. If I made a mistake, I took the blame and made it right. She did apologize when all was said and done but we could’ve made much better use of our time. More

This covers my service visits on both January 19 and January 27, 2024. My service advisor, Tammy Ross, was very nice, helpful, and professional to explain the service I needed. She also gave me several printouts for tire options that were quite reasonably priced vs. competitors. The technician on my first visit found am issue with my alignment and Tammy showed me the wear on the tires that justified the alignment service. The lady who brought my car to me on my second visit for the tires (sorry, didn’t get her name) was also very nice & considerate on a rainy day. The friendly & knowledgeable staff makes the overall experience better! More
