This covers my service visits on both January 19 and January 27, 2024. My service advisor, Tammy Ross, was very nice, helpful, and professional to explain the service I needed. She also gave me several printouts for tire options that were quite reasonably priced vs. competitors. The technician on my first visit found am issue with my alignment and Tammy showed me the wear on the tires that justified the alignment service. The lady who brought my car to me on my second visit for the tires (sorry, didn’t get her name) was also very nice & considerate on a rainy day. The friendly & knowledgeable staff makes the overall experience better! More

I was helped with in 5 minutes and the customer service was top notch. The only thing they could work on is getting more service mechanics for oil changes because it took 2 hours with an appointment. He called to tell me my vehicle was ready the evening before and he was too busy to call to let me know. He did not answer me when I asked 3 plus times "what is the recall on my vehicle". He kept guessing what the recall could be, instead of just asking someone. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was sent to the service desk and no one would help me. The ladies were too busy chatting. The sales manager called Austin and it took a while for him to come out from the back. When he finally did, he got my keys and then he told me he couldn't find the crack in my windshield. I pointed it out to him and he said he would have the windshield guy come to my house to fix my windshield. Let's see if this happens. I'm not happy with the customer service at this company. They lost some additional items that was on my keychain. They lost an additional key, bodyplex card, library card and ingles card. More
