I purchased a used car from this dealership 5 days ago. When I test drove it, several electrical components were not functioning (the blinkers being the biggest issue for safety). Everyone I talked to didn't know, and didn't care to try and get me an answer. Once it was done, I got a call telling me it was and scheduling swapping out the loaner for my car. That part went fine, however once I looked under the hood, I immediately saw 4 bolts that were left out during the service. (To get to the headlights) Messaged Keith, my salesman. He was off today so he told me to call the service department. They told me to bring the car back to them "to see if they have any bolts that fit" No, you can order me new bolts and ship them to me. I emailed photos of the missing bolts, and screenshots of the part numbers and diagrams. More
